I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the service was top-notch, and the location was perfect. However, the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it was a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

My room had a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, and the view of the waterfall with the lighted Christmas tree outside our window was enchanting. The Queen bed was incredibly cozy.

The customer service was excellent, just the way I like it. The laundry service was also very convenient.

The hotel is right in the center of Gatlinburg on a main street, making it super convenient to explore everything on foot. The river-side location added to the charm.
